Why is the Personal Integrity Inventory so important?

Much has been written recently about the power of living in the now. Of having the ability to be fully present. This is a noble goal, yet is harder to do if we have a past that needs to be complete.

What does integrity mean? Integrity means complete, so to be in full integrity means to be fully complete. No foot in the past, no foot in the future.

For example, if you are walking down a street and you see someone from your past that you still hold some uncomfortable feelings towards, you try to avoid meeting them. (You will know that you have not fully completed the relationship because you will want them to NOT see you!) While it may seem strange that this situation would be an issue because it may seem small and insignificant, it does mean that you have a part of your energy/emotions in the past.

Let me try to explain. If we can agree that to be fully present in the moment requires 100% of our energy to be present, then any part of our energy system that is not able to be fully present will not allow this. We have the part of our system that we have conscious awareness of, and the part of our system that we have less consciousness about. Or unconscious about. Incomplete relationships are often taking space in our energy/emotional system that we are not conscious of unless we actually think of them.

Another example. Credit card debt. Or any form of debt. Debt keeps us in the past. We spend on day 1 and anytime after that that the amount is still outstanding we have created a past account.

Or...lets consider our health. Are you really healthy, or do you have an absence of dis-ease? There is a difference. Investing in our health by taking specific daily actions is very different to living a life without any consciousness towards our health. Actions today will provide a better future.

Completing the Personal Integrity Checklist is the first step. You will be able to access areas of your life that need attention.

We have found that tackling some of the bigger issues in our lives- the ones that have been evident for years usually.... and lets face it...we all have our archilles heel...that part of our life that seems to be always there...our worry place...be it our health, our money, our relationships...tacking these issues just hasn’t worked when we seek to resolve them on our own. On our own is the HARD way, and more prone to failure.

Therefore, we have created the Personal Integrity Inventory Group process.

You get to work with like minded Positive Deviants to really COMPLETE long standing, and short standing issues, once and for all.

The group is about support, coaching, accountability, action, understanding, empathy, truth telling. There is a level of commitment required to participate, so this is not some soft place to hang out and just talk. The Personal Integrity Inventory Group is about CHANGE. Getting yourself and your environment in the best shape of your life.

This group has several critical components.

*There is a component that is about learning, expansion, and challenging self

*We hold as the frame living in integrity in a world that doesn’t

*The process is dialogical and socratic

*People in the group network, support each other and take action

*provides a place to be 100% accountable for the actions you are taking around building your own integrity.

*you will be working with a group of like minded Positive Deviants who have the same level of commitment to integrity as you do.

*you can run but you can’t hide.

*you will be supported with care, and also held to your highest game.

If you are an HR or Training and Development Director, and you would like to offer this Personal Integrity Inventory Process to your team, we are able to do this as either an off site, or through the group teleclass method. You would expect the following results.

2. We will set up a time for a telephone meeting to discuss exactly what happens on this class and how this will be relevant to you now. This meeting is at no charge. We want to be absolutely sure that this class is for you and that you will get the value you seek from the experience.

3. If we agree to proceed, you will be asked to complete some simple forms and to make your initial payment. (for large companies we will issue the invoice at commencement and agree to payment terms). Generally these forms take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

4. Classes will commence and away we go.

5. The Personal Integrity Inventory Group Teleclass is an ongoing process, with a minimum six month commitment. However, if you are not happy you will be refunded in full.
