A question often posed is: “What can one person do? What difference can I make?” Most of us are aware that we are missing extraordinary leadership. Leaders who see the world from a “higher altitude” - who have the personal and spiritual intelligence and integrity to work towards elegant solutions that recognize the diversity of intelligences we are leading. Enhancing intuitive wisdom Working with our own intuitive wisdom is not commonly part of the corporate language. However, that we use intuition is undeniable. We will explore intuitive practices, build our personal intuitive muscles, and learn discernment of application. Comprehensive awareness The
greater the view,
the fewer the filters which will get in the way of our ability to see the “clearer picture” of a situation. To be able to see the worldview from the “highest altitude” will enable us to apply wisdom to our decisions, to consider the implications and consequences from the whole perspective.
Working with full integrity
We are in integrity when we are in complete alignment and wholeness to our being and purpose. We will explore integrity at an individual and collective perspective. According to Buckminster Fuller: “It comes back to each one of you, as the numbers multiply of individuals who are willing to commit themselves to integrity - whatever the truth may be - and really commit themselves to making all of humanity a success. If you do that, we will win. If you can do it, if it is spontaneously aroused in you to operate with integrity and really go along to love - to love comprehensively. That’s it.”
