Dr. Christine McDougall loves to inspire people to take courageous integrous action. She is considered an expert in two fields. Working with Positive Deviants and Positive Deviant companies- the maverick, non conformist change agents within business and executive life; and as a master in the art of speaking the radical truth with care and compassion.

Describing herself as a Positive Deviant, Christine understands are relates well to people and companies who never fit the traditional mold. The pioneers, outliers and thought leaders in the world. However, her approach is grounded in practical application.

In our current tumultuous world, Positive Deviants and companies who choose to move towards Positive Deviance will be the future of business. Gary Hamel writes about this in his book, The Future of Management. Google is a great example of this kind of Positive Deviant behaviour.

Christine has spoken at events around the world. She works on a daily basis with a client base that circles the globe. She is dynamic, edgy, entertaining, inspirational and motivating as a speaker.

Christine is a pioneer of the Coaching profession, being the first coach in Australasia to be awarded Master Certified Coach from the ICF, and bringing the International Coach Federation to Australia as the inaugural President.

She has worked with some of Australia’s largest companies. Her Dare to Care program has been delivered throughout Australia and the Pacific. Dare to Care teaches people to speak up and speak the truth, all the while from a space that allows the recipient to not only hear the words, but integrate and use them in a positive way. Christine’s methodology is not based on simple skills training, but really challenges the speaker to change the way they participate as a communicator. Therefore it is a transformational tool, and results in clean clear communication between all players, teams, boards and families.

In her personal life Christine is an Ultra Distance runner (marathons and ultra marathons), having participated in some of the worlds most famous marathons. New York, Chicago, Boston, Honolulu.
