While I am not certain of how your future will unfold, I am certain that you will have more value to add to the world, your impact and offering will be of greater worth.

Feedback from the world will recognise the more congruent, empowered you. You will have created for yourself some breathing room. You will have more authentic influence, you will be inspirational to others, able to motivate people to be accountable and committed.
As each person is unique, every integral coaching engagement is uniquely crafted. What you want to hold at the centre of the integral coaching will be generated from you. People have worked on their relationship to authority, or their feelings of being a fraud, or their lack of interpersonal skills, or their sense of never achieving enough....or they craft a leadership development plan for the next stage of their career and life.
How do we do integral coaching?...
While there is a structured process behind our work together, the experience is profoundly emergent. In the beginning we take the time to get to know the entirety of you. We do this using methods embedded in integral and human development theory, and through deep dialogue.
We also explore together the future way of being you want to bring to life, and why. The tension between the current and the new provides the platform for our work, which will include exercises and practices crafted with careful consideration of your journey.
There is a teaching component to our experience together. I will give you new models and tools to support your understanding and application. The application of these tools will become skills you can apply to other parts of your life.
As the new aspects of yourself begin to emerge and stick, we continue to apply care and consideration to how this is affecting your larger world and your relationships. We may need to bring other people into our dialogue. We may need to work with your team.
Finally, when you have become fully integrated into the new way of being, we review the whole process, acknowledging and celebrating the journey, before we take a pause in our work together to allow a fuller and deeper integration to occur.
The investment in integral coaching...
The investment for this process is based on a monthly retainer. The retainer is by agreement based on your needs, the speed you wish to work and logistics of meeting. The retainer is payable monthly in advance. The fee includes all meeting times, preparation and research by me, assessments, and ad hoc calls and emails.
Meeting times vary between 2-5 hours per month. Some months will be of a higher intensity of engagement, other months lesser, depending on your needs. As we co-create our relationship terms, some clients choose to have a quarterly or biannual immersive retreat. The integral coaching engagement is for a minimum of 6 months. The fee does not include travel expenses.
What are the business outcomes of integral coaching for authentic leadership?

I have been working in this way with clients for 14 years. Recently Harvard University commenced an Authentic Leadership program as part of its MBA with very similar processes to the ones I use. This program has been getting extraordinary results. I am not surprised. The best leaders know that the ‘business as usual’ model is dead. The work I do is deeply embedded in highly researched tools and models, including and not limited to Integral Theory and Practice, the principles and models of R.Buckiminster Fuller, Archetypes, Metaphors, Narrative work and Endurance sports.
Positive Deviants intrinsically know that they must maintain around them a support team that includes coaches. The objective, high altitude perspective from an independent other cannot be ignored.
