Jiminy Cricket Coaching

We become your Jiminy Cricket (the fictional character from Pinocchio-a small cricket who sat on Pinocchio’s shoulder and acted as his conscience) -keeping you in the highest levels of integrity when the environment you are in is often based on money, power and status. Such environments can be very subtly seductive, leading to a very slow demise of Integrity.

This happens frequently even with the very best of intentions to avoid this down spiral. Little transgressions, “little atrocities”, pave the way for ever increasingly higher atrocities, and before we know it, our Positive Deviant has lost most deviant characteristics, or even erred on the side of the negative. This play is very common in senior executive areas, and of course is rife in all political positions. The wise person entering either of these arena’s or any position within the public domain would choose a Jiminy Cricket coach at the outset.

Just in Time is designed for the busy Positive Deviant looking for a partner who does not have emotional or financial involvement. With their coach they are able to brainstorm, download, get feedback, discuss options, do role plays, be motivated, get support, debrief...all of this when they most need it.

The relationship is either a 6 or 12 month commitment, billed monthly. Interactions with the coach can be frequent, and are usually lazer like and very efficient.
